Before you start using the 5bet platform, please read all the terms and conditions listed on this page carefully — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.

1. General Provisions & Introduction

5bet (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming service where you can enjoy cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and many other types of games. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 5bet and its users.

By using the service through the 5bet website, mobile site, or any other channel, you are giving your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, the date of publication will be noted on the website. Your continued use of the service will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Opening an Account

To open an account and use the service at 5bet, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
  • Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you are located.
  • You are opening the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
  • Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are opened to gain an advantage, all accounts will be closed.
  • You are not on any gambling self-exclusion list.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

If an account is opened using false information, 5bet may close that account and forfeit any funds held in it at any time.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Personal Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Keep your name, mobile number, and payment details up to date at all times. Notify our support team immediately if any details change.

3.2 Password & Security

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If someone accesses your account without your permission, notify us immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

5bet may request documents for identity verification at any time. This is a standard process for account security and the prevention of money laundering. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

4. Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposits

We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for depositing funds into 5bet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The payment account you use to deposit must be your own — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method you used to deposit.

If account verification has not been completed before a withdrawal, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 5bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5bet offers various bonuses from time to time. The following terms apply to claiming and using bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, you must complete wagering 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • You cannot activate another bonus while one is already active.
  • Bonus funds are used first; your original deposit funds are used after the bonus is exhausted.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 5bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus or investigate the account.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

5bet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or through live dealers in real time, with no possibility of manipulation.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

In the event of a technical error, event cancellation, or unusual circumstances, 5bet reserves the right to cancel bets and refund the original deposit amount. Bonuses may not apply in such cases.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Placing bets using bots or automated software.
  • Exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting or system betting.
  • Placing bets from multiple accounts using the same IP address or device.
  • Involvement in match fixing or any form of information manipulation.
  • Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

7. VIP Program & Cashback

The 5bet VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on your gaming activity. 5bet reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

5bet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly. You can set limits or take a temporary break to keep your gaming experience in check.

10. Account Suspension or Closure

10.2 By 5bet

5bet may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Opening an account using false information.
  • Suspected money laundering or illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide required verification documents.

If the reason for account closure is proven fraud, the balance will be forfeited. Otherwise, any legitimate balance will be returned.
